Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive the glasses to email us([email protected]) for a return:

1, If you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses, you can return them for a 50% refund (excluding shipping) to the original payment method, and you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

2, If you received defective glasses, please contact us and we will remake new glasses totally free or offer a full refund after the issue is confirmed. You are not responsible for any cost.

3, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Return Your Glasses?

1. Contact our Customer Service Department at [email protected] to approve the return. The content of the email should include the purchaser's name, order ID, and reason for return. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the Glasses to be returned with the original packing.

3. We recommend shipping your return by a traceable method. (Fondvue.com is not responsible for shipping damages or lost shipments.)

4. Most returns are processed within 10 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take 7 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

365-Day Frame Guarantee:

Our 365-Day Frame Guarantee means Customers are eligible for a one-time frame replacement within 365 days. A replacement frame will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.

A.Within 30 Days
Fondvue.com may ship a new frame at no additional charge.

B. After 30 DAYS to 365 DAYS
Fondvue.com may ship a new frame charging customers 50% of the frame plus shipping fees.

Exchanges

If you have decided to exchange the glasses you ordered for another product on our website, go ahead and place an order for the new item! Then follow the above steps to return the item you'd like to return. We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive them.

Note:

1. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria above.

2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
